Smith Land & Dirt LLC is a Northwest Florida land development and site preparation company built on more than 15 years of hands on experience in the field. Owner and operator Tyler Smith has spent years working with the equipment, terrain, and project demands that come with preparing property for homes, businesses, development, agriculture, and future construction.

Since establishing Smith Land & Dirt LLC in 2020, Tyler has continued building the company around dependable service, experienced operation, and the ability to handle a wide range of site work from beginning to end. Our services include land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, grading, drainage, building pads, driveways, dirt work, hauling, material delivery, retention ponds, culverts, demo, and more.

We understand that every property is different. Some projects start with heavily wooded acreage that needs to be opened up. Others require drainage correction, fill dirt, grading, road access, or a properly prepared building site before construction can begin.
